Job Summary: The Department of Art and Art History in the College of Humanities & Fine Arts is collecting application materials for a student position manning the front desk of the department office. We are looking for someone personable, punctual, organized and decent at problem solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering the phone
-
Writing and posting notes on classroom and office doors to notify student of faculty absences
-
Greeting faculty and students when they come in and offering assistance
-
Monitoring the Artstudent email for print requests from faculty via outlook
-
Calling in facilities when reports of building issues come in
-
Maintaining discretion when it comes to sensitive information involving faculty and students
-
Identify and offer to help with miscellaneous administrative tasks
Required Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled student

Ability to focus and stay calm in a sometimes noisy and busy environment
